Translation

⟨1⟩ Hail! Prosperity!

⟨1–4⟩ I, Dhanmaputtiraṉ, have given the land to the Lord Nalla-Nāyaṉar of Nallūr the following endowment to cover the requierements of temple worship (arccana-bhoga):

  • 360 vēlis including the raised mound (mēṭum) surrounding the four boundaries of Nallūr and the nine ponds for the Navagrahas (navakkiraka kuḷam oṉpatum),

  • 5 vēlis of land for the sacred garden on the northern bank of the river, and

  • 5 vēlis of land from the village Kāccuvakuṭi

⟨10–12⟩ The land amounting to 370 vēlis of land have been given to the Lord Nalla Nāyaṉār.

⟨12–13⟩ This is under the protection of the paṉmaheśvaras.

Commentary

This record continues INSTamilNadu00031. Given that the present inscription is carved after this early record and INSTamilNadu00032 and the three of them seem to be part of the same administrative dossier, this one may be the summary of the previous ones.
