W. dattaka-pratiśasa prabhānakalika vijñāyavarṣa 50 7 māgha.

The above is my reading of the photo. 100 seems more likely to me than 50. 30 cannot be excluded at the end, but since these guys normally use tithis, I don't think it's possible in the context. Hence I prefer gha. There may have been a now obliterated 1 or other simple numeral at the end. No trace of śu or ba.

My best guess at the gibberish is that it was meant for something like this:

yaś ca bhaṭṭāraka-mahārājena dattaka-[/mahārājānudattaka-]bhūbhāgaḥ sa pūrvveṇa bhūmiko vijñeyas sabrahma

but this is still uniterpretable. What is important, however, is that this grant of 107(?) mentions a mahārāja bhaṭṭāraka, of whom we have grants in 102 and 127. And whatever the exact meaning of this is, it seems to speak about land granted earlier by Bhaṭṭāraka.
