Rājēndra III. Year 12: 1257-58 A.D.

In this inscription in verse the king is described as one who has captured the crown and city of the Pāṇḍya king and as Vīrarākshasa and Rājākkaḷ-tambirāṉ.¹

It seems to record a grant of land to god Śiva by Mallīśaṉ, probably a chief of Ambāḷūr.
