⟨1⟩ voṃḥ • Blagden (tentatively on oṃ) and Tha Myat also read voṃḥ, but the o vowel does not look typical; it could be rvaṃḥ. — ⟨1⟩ [v]aṃ • For our (v)aṃ tiṁ dliṁ, Tun Aung Chain (2003: 4) reads (ta)tiddi, which he understand as proper name Tatiddi deriving it from Skt. dīdhiti 'devotion, splendor'. — ⟨1⟩ kiṁ kha • Blagden and Tha Myat also read kha, though both tentative. The sequence might also be read kiṁ ce. ASI, mentions the four Śrīkṣetra urns (PYU 3, 4, 5 and 6) and Blagden’s reading of the dates contained in their inscriptions. ASB, provides more detail and includes a reading of the first akṣaras, notably the name Sūriyavikrama. A complete reading and a tentative translation can be found in Blagden 1913_–_1914, p. (D1). Tha Myat [sā mrat] 1963, pp. 47 (D), 51, has an eye-drawing, a transliteration in Burmese script, and a translation (with a different date from Blagden). Luce 1985, pp. I, 48, 57 n. 13, 126–7, cites earlier works and repeats Bladgen’s translation (and the same estampage). Sein Win [cin vaṅḥ] 2016, p. 65 provides a slightly modified reading in Burmese script, with glossary. Re-edited here from published photographs.
