Translation

⟨1⟩ Prosperity! Fortune!

⟨1⟩ 7th [year] of Vīra Cōḻa Irukkuvēl alias Kesarivarman.

⟨1–2⟩ Whereas […] Vēḷār made a petition stating that a devadāna should graciously be given for the expenses (aḻivu) ... (there is) a devadāna.
