Translation
⟨1–3⟩ So that there be a cōtaṇa-kāṇi ⟨there is⟩ a land that has been given.
⟨4–9⟩ So that there be a cōtaṇa-kāṇi, we have given as long as the moon and the sun seven mās ... we, the temple officers.
