Agrawala prints °diśārrya. This is probably a typo. The yā is unclear in the facsimile, but there certainly is a character there.

Fleet notes that the (a) after saṁghāyā is badly formed and runs into the yā, and thinks that an initially engraved saṁghāyākṣaya may have been "corrected" to saṁghāya akṣaya. Agrawala proposes the opposite, i.e. ancient correction of ya akṣa to yākṣa. The latter explanation is more plausible imo.

Fleet reads vr̥dhyā, emending to vr̥ddhyā. (MF likewise.) Agrawala thinks "there is a d formed in an unusual manner and added sidewise before dhyā". I see no such thing, and the facsimile is far from clear, but I think the original is really ddhyā (compare vr̥ddhyā in l7), but the top of the glyph has been damaged and only the left and bottom part of the d component is visible.
