Summary: On the north wall of the central shrine in the Māśilāmaṇīśvara temple.

Year 4.

This inscription records the order of Madhurāntaka Pottappichchōḷa to the effect that taxes like poṉvari, etc., should be levied only on 10 vēli of land and that the levies kuṟṟappaṭṭi and śīkāriyappēṟu, were remitted, for services in the temple of Tirumullaivāyal-uḍaiya-nāyaṉār.

Gaṇḍagōpāla figuring as the signatory of the grant is obviously the same as Madhurāntaka-Pottappichchōḷa. (cf., No. 719 above.)
