<p>Kulōttuṅga III. Year 6: 1184 A.D.</p>
<p>The title Tribhuvanachakravarttigaḷ and the palaeography of the record point to the identity of the king with Kulōttuṅga III, who also bore the title Vīra-Rājēndra. The details of date, <hi rend="italic">viz.</hi>, Kaṟkaṭaka ba. 12, Rōhiṇi, Thursday point to 1184 A.D., July 5, Thursday, f.d.t. ·68, f.d.n. ·95. See No. <ref target="DHARMA_INSSIIv17p0i0701">701</ref> above which is dated on the same day and which records another gift by the donor of this record. </p>
<p>This inscription records the gift of 96 sheep by Kulōttuṅgaśōḻa-Paiyyūrnāḍāḻvāṉ <hi rend="italic">alias</hi> [Kuvalai]yamaḻagiyāṉ Oṟṟiyaraiśaṉ (See No. <ref target="DHARMA_INSSIIv17p0i0701">701</ref> above) for sacrificing one sheep every Sunday in the temple of Tirukkārikarai-ppiḷḷaiyār, in Naḍuvil-malai, in Niṉṟiyūr-nāḍu.</p>
