<p>Vīra-Bhūpati-Uḍaiyar. 1429 A.D.</p>
<p>This epigraph is dated in the reign of Mahāmaṇḍalīśvaran Śrī Vīra-Bhūpati-Uḍaiyar. The date given Kīlaka, Māśi 28, may correspond to 1429 A.D., February 22.</p>
<p>This seems to record a royal decree for the merchants (<hi rend="italic">vāṇikar</hi>).</p>
