This inscription commences with the praśasti, Tirumagaḷ pōla, etc., of Rājarāja I.

It records the setting up of the image of Umā-Bhaṭṭāraki for god Āḍavallār, by Vaṇṇa[kkan Aiyā]ṟaṉ alias Chittirayāḷi, a member of the corps called Janaṉāthatteriñja-valaṅgai Vēḷaikkāṟar, in the army of Śrī Rājarājadēva, and a Veḷḷāla resident in Ravikulamānikkapuram, in the eastern division of Śiṅgapura-nāḍu.
