Translation

⟨1⟩ Prosperity! Fortune!

⟨1–8⟩ He who had this stone¹ made ⟨is⟩ Muṭi Koṇṭa Pallavaraiyaṉ alias Murukkaṉ Toṇṭaṉ, a kaikkōḷaṉ² from Koṭumpālur.
