Translation

⟨1⟩ Prosperity! Fortune!

⟨1–8⟩ He who had this stone1 made is Muṭi Koṇṭa Pallavaraiyaṉ alias Murukkaṉ Toṇṭaṉ, a kaikkōḷaṉ2 from Koṭumpālur.
