It refers to contents of <ref target="DHARMA_INSTiruvavatuturai10008.xml">Tiruvāvaṭutuṟai 10008</ref> (see <foreign>mēṟpaṭi</foreign>, “above”) and is thus connected with it, as a kind of continuation.</p>

The present inscription Tiruvāvaṭutuṟai 10009 contains no date at its beginning and starts in the same line where inscription Tiruvāvaṭutuṟai 10008 ends with a daṇḍa. It refers to contents of Tiruvāvaṭutuṟai 10008 (see mēṟpaṭi, “above”) and is thus connected with it, as a kind of continuation.
