In this inscription only the date, year 49, is mentioned. The palaeography, the high regnal year and the name Rājasundari-chaturvēdimaṅgalam suggest that this inscription belongs to the reign of Kulōttuṅga I.

It records some injunctions regarding the eligibility of candidates for selection framed by the Peruṅguṟi Mahāsabhā of Rājasundari-chcharuppēdimaṅgalam.
