Summary: On the west wall of the maṇḍapa in front of the Achalēśvara shrine in the southeast corner of the second prākara in the Tyāgarājasvāmin temple, right of entrance.

Parāntaka I. Year 32: 939 A.D.

This record is dated in the 232nd day of the 32nd regnal year of Maduraikoṇḍa Parakēsarivarman, i.e., Parāntaka I. The inscription appears to be a later copy as the characters are assignable only to the 12th century.

This records an undertaking given by the sabhā of Pandaṇainallūr, a brahmadēya in Tiruvārūr-kūṟṟam to provide oil for a perpetual lamp for god Śrī Ārūr-ttiru-aṟaneṟi Mahādēva Bhaṭṭāra[ka*]r out of the interest from 30 kaḻañju endowed for that purpose by Śrīkōyil Dēvaṉār . . . . . .
