The details of date, viz., Makara śu 1. Wednesday, Tiruvōṇam correspond to 1250 A.D., January 5, Wednesday.

This inscription records that the Sivabrāhmaṇas of the temple of Tirumaṟaikkāḍu-Uḍaiyār, in Umbaḷa-nāḍu, agreed to maintain a perpetual lamp in the temple, with the income from the 1/4 vēli of land in Anapāyachaturvēdimaṅgalam after paying all the dues on the land granted by Paḷḷiyāḻvi, the elder sister of (akkai ?) Tiruchchiṟṟambalamuḍaiyāṉ of Śāttaṅguḍi in Vaṇḍāḻai-vēḷūr-kūṟṟam, a sub-division of Rājēndrachōḻa-vaḷanāḍu.

Śīvallava (Śrīvallabha-)ppēṟāṟu is mentioned as one of the boundaries of the gift land.
