It records a gift of land towards the procession and other services to god Tippalādīchcharamuḍaiyār in Tiruchchugaṉūr in Kuḍavūr-nāḍu in Tiruvēṅgaḍa-kkōṭṭam in Rājēndraśōḻa-maṇḍalam.
