⟨2–8⟩ The all free document given by […] tavataraiyar, the manager of śrī-Maturāyaca […] ruvar Ayyaṉ to Ceṅkaṇa-c-ceṭṭi, Ēṟaiya-c-ceṭṭi, Ālattuṭṭaiya Nampi and Aṟamvaḷatta Nampi, the paṭṭaṇavar of Kōṭṭuccēri ⟨is as follows⟩.

⟨9–11⟩ The amount of tax fixed by Ayyaṉ for the Paṭṭaṇa-c-cēri of this village is sixty gold ⟨coins⟩.

⟨11–18⟩ Since the sea fish and […] are inclusive in this sixty gold ⟨coins⟩ which is accrued in this order from this day onwards, let the paṭṭaṇavar (fishermen) themselves enjoy the benefits including the sea fish in Kōṭṭu-c-cēri.

<p n="2-8">The all free document given by <gap reason="lost"/> tavataraiyar, the manager of śrī-Maturāyaca <gap reason="lost"/> ruvar Ayyaṉ to Ceṅkaṇa-c-ceṭṭi, Ēṟaiya-c-ceṭṭi, Ālattuṭṭaiya Nampi and Aṟamvaḷatta Nampi, the <foreign>paṭṭaṇavar</foreign> of Kōṭṭuccēri <supplied reason="subaudible">is as follows</supplied>.</p>
