Bibliography
First reported by U Mya writing in ASI, which notes 2 lines with a total of 7 akṣaras, including the name <jatradevi>, identified as Queen Chandradevi. Luce, in Luce 1985, pp. I, 66, 75 n. 29, 149, repeats much of what is in ASI in his summary. Re-edited here from published photographs.

My initial guess was that this says something like 'Candradevī's venerable ... this', but that won't work, because ḅaṁḥ seems to modify preceding nouns, and I'd expect ḅaṁḥ °o (as in the urns) rather than °o ḅaṁḥ, a sequence that only occurs once in the corpus (020.5 RTI 3: doḥr· °o ḅaṁḥ °o pla, perhaps a sequence of verb + nominalizer + adjective + genitive + noun). Cf. how Japanese no does double duty as nominalizer and genitive postposition (though my proposed sequence can't be translated grammatically morpheme-by-morpheme into Japanese). Much work could be done with collocations testing the software I've found, but encoding comes first! -->
