<p>As for the duty of all collectors of royal revenue: they should by no means be present here.<note>We tentatively analyze <foreign>tartamatāta</foreign> as a double negation <foreign>tar tamata ata</foreign> <q>no, not at all</q>. The word <foreign>aṅkāna</foreign> is a spelling variant of <foreign>ṅkāna</foreign>.
