Translation

⟨1–5⟩ He who stands here,¹ having had a tier (paṭai) made in this temple, ⟨is⟩ Eḻuvaṉ Cantirātittaṉ² of Varampūcal.

⟨5–8⟩ She who stands behind him ⟨is⟩ Nakkaṉ Vaṇṇāttaṭikaḷ, a servant lady (peṇṭāṭṭi) ⟨of⟩ the palace (periya vēḷam).
