(1–3) So that there be a cōtaṇa-kāṇi [there is] a land that has been given.

(4–9) So that there be a cōtaṇa-kāṇi, we have given as long as the moon and the sun seven s ... we, the temple officers.

Commentary

This short inscription contains no date at its beginning. It is inscribed on the bottom part of the pilaster left of zone D of inscription Tiruvāvaṭutuṟai 10009 (ARIE/1924-1925/B/1925/104) and appears, by its location, to be connected to this inscription Tiruvāvaṭutuṟai 10009.
