Unlike IN00135 and IN00136 this inscription does not begin with siddham, and it has a halanta M (reduced subscript, possibly with a line above) at the end. Altekar does not report a closer symbol, but there does seem to be one, consisting of two concentric triangles, roughly equilateral, point up, character body size.
