In samakāliṇa in l4, the last character was probably misrecognised as ṇa by the engraver, but ṇa and no would probably be all but indistinguishable in this script. Maybe it is in fact no; more likely, the scribe had no before him but interpreted and engraved it as ṇa. Ramesh's text gives lli for the preceding character, which must be a typo; there is no double l. (nārāyane instead of nārāyaṇa in l3 is probably another case of the same type, where the right-hand mātrā of ṇa was not noticed, so the engraver interpreted the character as ne)

The visarga of dūtakaḥ is odd: the upper dot is practically above the ka, while the lower one is below the baseline. It was read as an anusvāra by MT. Perhaps the engraver first made an anusvāra, then realised that it should be a visarga and put the lower dot way down for symmetry.
