The date could be 12 as well as 13. Agrawala notes that Sharma and Williams missed the digit altogether. The lines are short, and the middle of the three lines is very weak so it could be just a feature of the stone.

In the name, d is imo very unlikely. The character looks like li, with the main section flattened - but la is l1 is very different, so this can't be li. My best guess is ci. nna is also a bit uncertain, it could be ṅga or something else. Since Agrawala may have had access to a better photo than his plate (he did not see the stone personally), I'm leaving his reading in place.
