In the name, d is imo very unlikely. The character looks like li, with the main section flattened - but la is l1 is very different, so this can't be li. My best guess is ci. nna is also a bit uncertain, it could be ṅga or something else. Since Agrawala may have had access to a better photo than his plate (he did not see the stone personally), I'm leaving his reading in place.
