Summary: On the east wall of the maṇḍapa in front of the central shrine, right of the entrance in the Dīrghāchalēśvara temple.

This inscription is dated in Vishu, Tai 19. On account of the mention of Vijaya rāghava-nāyakkar who commenced to rule from 1633 A.D., the cyclic year Vishu, a mistake for Vṛisha will correspond to 1641-42 A.D., It records the gift of two villages Kiḻavaṉ Pūṇḍi and Mōśupāḍi, made free of the levies poṟuppu and meṉkāval, by Śiṅgama-nāyakkar, the agent of Vijayarāghava-nāyakkar for the conduct of pūjā regularly by the śeṭṭis in the temple of Īśāṇḍār Īśvarar.
