<p>Ś. 1389: 1437 A.D.</p>
<p>This inscription mentions Ta[m*]maiyadēva-mahārājā, son of Hosavirudaragaṇḍa Gaṇḍamarāja Vallabharāya. The details of date given, viz., Śaka 1389, Sarvajit, Tulā ba. 1, Thursday, Kārttigai, regularly correspond to 1467 A.D., October 15, Thursday, ·21. The tithi ended at ·20 of the previous day. There is a postscript to the inscription which says that this is a charity by Tamma Irāyaṉ, a descendent of Pina Mādhavavarman of Pāḍinēṟi, in Bejavāḍai, belonging to the solar race.</p>
<p>It registers an endowment by the aforesaid chief of the cess levied from the lands irrigated by the channel excavated in Maṇiyakkōṉpaṭṭu, on the border of Pāṇagam, to the god for food offerings. The offering was to be distributed to the <hi rend="italic">śrīvaishṇavas</hi>, tending the garden dedicated in the name of the Irāyar.</p>
