                            <p>PAṬṬATTĀḶMAṄGALAM GRANT OF NANDIVARMAN: 61ST YEAR.</p>						
                            <p>Like the previous record, this is also engraved in Grantha and Tamil characters. It is dated in the <hi rend="bold">61st year</hi> of <hi rend="bold">Vijaya-Nandivikramavarman</hi> and registers a grant of 16 <hi rend="italic">vēli</hi> of land which, together with the 24 <hi rend="italic">vēli</hi> granted previously, was constituted into a village under the name <hi rend="bold">Paṭṭattāḷmaṅgalam</hi> and given to a number of Brāhmaṇas at the instance of <hi rend="bold">Maṅgala-Nāḍāḻvāṉ,</hi> an officer of the king. The <hi rend="italic">ājñapti</hi> of the grant <hi rend="italic">viz.,</hi> <hi rend="bold">Vijayanalluḻāṉ</hi> of Ālappākkam is identical with the person of the same name figuring in an inscription of Nandivarman at Tiruveḷḷaṟai<note>No. 32 above.</note> in the Trichinopoly district. The engraver of the grant was Śrī-Daṇḍi, son of Viḍēlviḍugu Pallavap-peruntachchaṉ of Aimpaṉaichchēri in Kachchippēḍu.</p>
