Mention has been made, in Nos. 49 and 52 of 1898 printed below, of <hi rend="bold">Tribhuvana-Mahādēviyār</hi>, another queen of <hi rend="bold">Pārthivēndra. Villavaṉ-Mādēviyār</hi> still another queen of his, is mentioned in No. <ref target="DHARMA_INSSIIv03p0i0193.xml">193</ref> below.</p>

· <p>Hail ! Prosperity ! In the [3]rd year of (<hi rend="italic">the reign of</hi>) king <hi rend="bold">Pārthivēndravarman</hi>, we the merchants (<hi rend="italic">nagarattōm</hi>) gave gold that would secure annually nine <hi rend="italic">mañjāḍi</hi> by means of interest in a lump-sum from the third (<hi rend="italic">year</hi>) as long as the moon and the sun (<hi rend="italic">endure</hi>), for one sacred sleeping cot given by <hi rend="bold">Arumoḻinaṅgaiyār</hi>, wife of the king (<hi rend="italic">uḍaiyār</hi>), to (<hi rend="italic">the temple of</hi>) <hi rend="bold">Tiruvūral-Āḷvār</hi> at <hi rend="bold">Takkōlam</hi>.</p>
