⟨1–2⟩ Sixth year of the victorious king Aparājitavikramapōttaraiyar.¹

⟨2–4⟩ The gold that the Paṉmāheśvaras have given for burning two perpetual lamps for the Mahādeva of Tiruvoṟṟiyūr: sixthy kaḻañcus of a purity ⟨tested⟩ on the village ⟨touch⟩stone.

⟨4–5⟩ We are bound to take this gold, we, the members of the assembly of Maṇali in a hamlet of Tiruvoṟṟiyūr.

⟨5–9⟩ We have become those who will give ...
