Bibliography
. This interesting bilingual inscription has been discussed in a number of unpublished presentations, but the only published reports are those of NiTut2013-14 and Sein Win [cin vaṅḥ] 2016, pp. 152–65, both in Burmese. The Ni Tut article provides transliterations in Burmese script for the Mon, Pali and Pyu faces (the last by Mickey Heart). Sein Win has eye drawings and Burmese transcription for the Pali, while insertions from other authors cover some of the other inscriptions: a note from the ASI, identifying a dozen or so aksaras from the extremely effaced upper right of the Pyu face as “Nagari” (presumably writing Sanskrit); the 6-7 lines of the Pyu inscription eye-drawn and transliterated in Burmese by Dr Maung Maung Swe; and a transliteration of the Mon text by Nain Ba Shin. Parts re-edited here from published photographs and from our team’s RTI.
