Lüders 1912, p. 179, № 1205a renders the latter compound as “inhabitant of Tulaka”. — ⟨1⟩ (U)t(i)yāya ⬦ [2+]taya[2+] N&vH.

Translation

The pious gift to the Great Shrine of Uttiyā, the inhabitant of Alakaṇha (?), a pupil of the venerable reverend Mahārakkhita.

Commentary

Although not recognised by Nakanishi & von Hinüber 2014, this inscription very probably corresponds to Poonacha 2011, № 222.
