Sidaka possibly stands for Skt. siddhaka, pointing to a kind of tree. See Böhtlingk & Roth 1855–1875, s.v. — ⟨1⟩ U(v)[āsakasa] ⬦ (dhava) N&vH.

Translation

Hommage to the Bhagavant, the Buddha! In the … year of King Māṭharīputta Siri-Puḷumāvi, … on the 5th day. A slab with a⟨n engraved⟩ shrine: the pious gift of Kaṇhasiri of the Hāga family, an upāsaka from Mount Siddhaka, the son of the merchant -deva—together with his mother, his brother⟨s⟩, his son⟨s⟩—for the well-being of the whole world.
