This stone was probably among the group of sixteen inscribed stones at Pasru Jambe reported by Soekmono (1962). The first reading of this inscription was published by Titi Surti Nastiti et al. (1994–1995) and Machi Suhadi & Richadiana Kartakusuma (1996). Re-edited here by Muhamad Alnoza & Arlo Griffiths from photographs.

<p>The text is engraved inside a square cartouche. Above the cartouche is an asbtract depiction of Kāla eyes. Since most texts inscribed in cartouches frames at Pasrujambe are evidently toponyms, this might be another one.</p>
