Translation by Arlo Griffiths and Marine Schoettel

Let it be known by those who collect tuturun (’tithing’, following Issatriadi?) contributions, all of the different types of people who collect the tuturun from the aṅarəmba religious people, [namely] the paṅalasan, the parambəkəl, the paṅalasan, the parambəkəl, the mantri, the uṇḍahagi: Our order with regard to the ṅarəmba among the deva-r̥ṣi, all of the relatives (or brotherhood?) at Marinchi, [is].

It is to the effect (i rehanya) that they should be exempt from tuturun contributions, any kind of tuturun that is a titisara from the royal compound. They are exempt from padadah, patatar, pavivaha (contribution for mariages), pasahang, pabata, palantaran, pakamas ("pajak pembuatan perhiasan dari emas"), papiṅgan ("pajak pembuatan piring pinggan"), pavsi, papañjalin (pajak penjalin).

Re-edited here by Arlo Griffiths and Marine Schoettel from photos of the plate taken at Museum Mpu Tantular by Nigel Bullough and Arlo Griffiths.
