Translation by Sastri 1969

Hail! Gaṇḍa Triṇētra Baydumba Mahārāju, whose breast is embraced by the Goddess of victory obtained in several conflicts of battles, gave a pannasa to Meykeṭivinakuccava Pāṟacāri of Sabbetavva village. He who destroys (it) incurs the sin of destroying Bāranāsi.

The text follows the edition of J. Ramayya Pantulu in 1948, p. 341, № 635 in absence of a picture.
