L9. The apparent anusvāra of dūtakaṁ is to the right of the character, and slightly below the level of the headmark. Since we don't expect an anusvāra here, I'm inclined to see it as an incompletely engraved visarga, but I've retained RT's reading for now. Also, compare "gomika dūtakaṁ" in IN00505:8, where we definitely have an anusvāra. Are we to understand this as a bahuvrīhi compound in the neuter, "having X as the dūtaka"? (That would sort of align with the version "samukham".)
