For the uncertain part, Shastri reads dāsagraṇa and emends to dāsāgreṇā(tisr̥ṣṭaḥ). Vasu's original reading from an eye copy was dāsāgreṇātisr̥ṣṭaḥ. Dikshit_1931 emends to cakrasvāmine and reads ḍhosagrāmo tisr̥ṣṭaḥ. Sircar notes that the vowel of the first consonant is clearly o, and the consonant itself looks like pha. I believe the most likely reading is ḍho, followed by pho and lastly do. The second uncertain character does not quite look like mo, since mi in svāminaḥ has a very conspicuous spike at the bottom left. The reading ṇa would be plausible, but in the primary inscription (%IN00126) ṇa has a loop at the bottom left. The character in fact looks most like po, but this has not been suggested by any previous editor - probably because it makes no apparent sense. Finally, gra is also uncertain: what appears to be a clear subscript r in Shastri's rubbing is entirely invisible in the web photos of the inscription; the character may instead be ga, with the right-hand part extended.
