In line 1, I accept Fleet's reading. In the facsimile, hardly anything is discernible after mātā; the traces look like mātā(pa)(?ravacaca#ya)(pa)(?#yasata)(pūrvva)#?2#. This is close enough to Fleet's reading that I guess he must be right.

The final punctuation is indiscernible in the rubbing. Fleet transcribes it as a double daṇḍa.
