Banerji_1945 read the year as 157. I have no opinion. However, I'm very unsure about the day, which looks nothing like 20 8 to me. I think it's more likely to be a single-digit number (probably 4) followed by a daṇḍa. This from the facsimile in Agrawala IGE - the actual inscription may look more like 20 8. The name does indeed look like Budha*tpa; Agrawala thinks it was engraved as tpa and then corrected to pta.
