The mangala symbol is different from that on the Nalanda plate, resembling an L with a curved bottom. The symbol is not even mentioned, just transcribed as oṁ by Bhandarkar. Sircar says it's siddham.

I'm pretty sure it's anyaṅgrāma rather than anyadgrāma in fact, which may result from a copying of anyagrāma with an accidental dot over the nya read by the forger as an anusvāra.
