Summary: This registers a gift of 102 cows by Parāntakaṉ Yādavavīman alias Uttamaśōḻa-Malāḍuḍaiyār of the Bhārgava-gōtra for the daily supply of milk and ghee, and an endowment of land for the (other) requirements of the akkāraḍalai offering to the god in the day time and rice offering during the ardhayāma service, in the temple of Ūruḍaiya-Mahādēvar at Iṟaiyānaraiyūr, a brahmadēya in Pānūr-kūṟṟam a division of Malāḍu alias Jananātha vaḷanāḍu. The land seems to have been purchased before endowment, on behalf of the donor by the sabhā of the place from a private individual by name Āritaṉ Tiruvaraṅgaṉ Kēśavaṉ of Nallaraiśūr. The details of this transaction are lost as the record stops incomplete towards the end. It may be observed here that the surname (or other name) of the village Iṟiayānaraiyūr is not found in this inscription. It was evidently added in memory of prince Śoḻakēraḷa later on.
