Summary: The inscription is mutilated towards the end. It registers a sale of land, eight mā in extent, by the sabhā of Raṇabhīmamaṅgalam in Vāṇagoppāḍi on the southern bank of the Peṇṇai, for worship to god Aiññūṟṟuva-Vīdiviḍaṅgar (Naṭarāja) in the temple of Tāntōṉṟi-Īśvara at Vāḷaiyūr on the northern bank, for 40 poṉ (corresponding to 1(1/2) kaḻañju) received by them.
