This inscription is dated in the reign of Madiraikoṇḍa Parakēsarivarmaṉ.

It records a grant of 12 kaḻañju for a perpetual lamp, one nilaiviḷakku, a copper pitcher for the occasion of the eclipse and one silver platter for aḍaikkāy-amudu to god Paramēśvara of Tirukkurakkuttuṟai in Mahēndramaṅgalam by Pāgaṉ Śaṟpadēvaṉ alias Śembiyaṉ Kiḻā[r]nāṭṭukōṉ of Kiḻinallūr in Kiḻā[r*]kūṟṟam.
