On grounds of palaeography and the identity of the signatories with those in No. 390 above belonging to the reign of Kulōttuṅga III, Tribhuvanachakravartin Sundarapāṇḍyadēva mentioned in this record may be identified with Māṟavarmaṉ Sundarapāṇḍya I.

This inscription records the gift of 4(1/2) kaḻañju of gold of eight māṟi by Veḷiyāṟṟuḍaiyān-Śōṟan Tanti and his sister Ariyāṉṟāḷ for mid-day offerings and a lamp to god Nagarīśvaramuḍaiya Nāyanār of Teliṅgakulakālapura alias Kulōttuṅgaśōḻa Paṭṭaṇam in Iraṭṭapāḍikoṇḍaśōḻa-vaḷanāḍu. The Śivabrāhmaṇas of the tiruvuṇṇāḻigai (Sanctum sanctorum), who received the gold, undertook to arrange for the offerings and the burning of the lamp.
