This inscription begins with the characteristic titles of Yādavarāyas such as Kanuppāra-puravarādhīśvara, Karavāḷa-bhāirava, Veṅkaṭanātha-pādārādhaka, etc., attributed to Nārasiṅgadēva . . . who was probably a feudatory of Vīrarājēndra who may be identified, on grounds of palaeography, with Kulōttuṅga III.

It records the remission of income from taxes like paṭṭikkāśu from Muññappūṇḍi a dēvadāna, by the chief, for two perpetual lamps for the god Tippalādīśvaramuḍaiyamahādēva of Tiruchchugaṉūr in Tiruvēṅgaḍa-kkōṭṭam.
