Summary: This states that on the representation of Karambiyaṉ Pirāntakaṉ alias Karuviḍaippēraraiyaṉ made to Aḍigaḷ Paḻavēṭṭaraiyar Maṟavaṉ Kaṇḍaṉār, the latter permitted the adoption of the maṉṟupāḍu at Paḻavūr by the servants of the two temples, the two (classes of) nagarattār and the 12 kalaṉai on the scale (or in the manner) that prevailed at Nandipuram since olden times. On receipt of the order by Vēḷāṉ Chintāmaṇi, the headman of Tattaṉūr, the first of the groups mentioned had it engraved on stone. The nagarattār’s action on the same is recorded in No. 208 above. An inscription of Sundara-Chōḷa.
