Apparatus

Translation

Stūpa of the venerable Noble Sena, resident of Kaṇhasela, an arhat possessed with the six super-knowledges, a great master.

Commentary

(3) mah(āca)ri(yāṇaṃ). This part of the third line is affected by a deep horizontal crack, which affects legibility. The reading -(ca)- is thus uncertain. The present reading is informed by the parallel gaṇācariyāṇaṁ in KI00074.
