Apparatus

Translation

A cistern: the meritorious gift of Sulasadatta, the son of Rohiṇimitta, a minter of Cemulla.

Commentary

A gift by another son of Rohiṇimitta is recorded in KI020.

Cemulla, well attested in our corpus, is identified by both ASWI V and Gokhale as modern Chaul, in the Raigan district, approximately 90km south of Kanheri.
