Commentary

The inscribed text of the Widodaren stone is preserved in its integrity on the front face (1), while the side (2; a: top plane, b: centre plane, & c: bottom plane) and back faces present unreadable portions. The front face bears seven lines of script, covering the full breadth of the stone, while its top, semi-circular, section displays the eyes-symbol. The shape of this motif here is almost identical to that of the Pasru Jambe group, except for a small circle — perhaps a third eye — depicted between the two spirals.
